      Dear Valued Customer,

      Please be aware that we are currently experiencing extensive delays into NSW and QLD due to extensive bushfires. 

      The NSW Rural Fire Service (RFS) confirmed the extent of the damage to date, ahead of a warning about 'catastrophic' conditions facing Greater Sydney and the Greater Hunter areas on Tuesday.  It is the first time the Sydney region, including the Blue Mountains and Central Coast, has faced a catastrophic warning in the 10-year history of fire danger ratings.  Hot, windy conditions are forecast to stoke more devastation, with temperatures set to soar into the mid-30s.

      As a result, all major roads into Brisbane have been shut down with limited access for search and rescue crews.

      At the moment, there is no clear indication as to the extent of the delays. We will be providing updates as further information comes to hand.

      Shipping for our products is within Australia only.

      Please note an additional Courier Destination Fee is charged per order according to the state products are being delivered to.

      SA/NT/WA/TAS -  $30

      NSW/ACT/VIC/QLD - $10

      Melbourne Metropoliton: A flat rate of $90 per pallet (12 cartons) for customers in the metropolitan area.  Please contact us to check if you qualify for this rate.

       

      Express Fulfillment

      We do our upmost to get your order out promptly, with our standard turnaround on orders being 3-5 business days. 

      If your order needs to be expedited, we offer an express turnaround for a further $20.00 fee per order.  This allows a handling time of 1-3 days on average.  This is dependent on the stock being on hand and available to ship quickly.  Please email info@driedandtrue.com.au before placing your order to check expedited handling is available for your order.

      Returns Policy


      You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

      You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for us to process your return once received (3 to 5 business days), and your banks' processing time (5 to 10 business days).

      If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the "My Account" menu and click the "Return Item(s)" button.  We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
