Wholesale Customers

Our wholesale accounts are for businesses currently active in the pet industry. To gain access to our wholesale products, a wholesale customer needs to have an ABN and be able to prove their involvement in the industry. Currently, businesses such as distributors, groomers, veterinary clinics and independent pet stores make up our wholesale customers. Occasionally, we will need to verify your details via phone or email. 

Wholesale accounts take up to two business days to be approved. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions. 

Payment Terms

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Direct Deposit. For sales using Direct Deposit, goods will be shipped once payment has been received.

Retail Customers

Other customers can purchase our high quality, Australian pet treats online on our retail site.
